WarrantiesWhen buying from us, you can rest assured that all
of the products we sell come complete with a manufacturer’s warranty.
This will vary in range from 1 to 5 years depending on both the
manufacturer and the model type. The warranty type and length is almost
always stated with a product in the specifications of each product.

The warranty does not include wear or alteration to the case, strap or bracelet, and crystal (lens), as well as water damage (unless marked "water resistant"). The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. If you have any questions regarding warranties, please don't hesitate to contact us.Faulty items received?As stated in our terms and conditions, we would ask you to check every item that you receive from us within a reasonable amount of time, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your goods. You must let us know as soon as you become aware of a fault with your purchased product. We will be more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may unfortunately receive from us within a reasonable amount of time, preferably within a couple of weeks of receiving the goods. In the unlikely event that you do happen to receive a faulty item, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for you to send the items back for exchange.Incorrect item received?Due to the sheer number of items that we send out each and every week, from time to time it is inevitable that an incorrect item will regrettably be sent out or sent to the wrong address. If you find this to be the case, then please contact us as soon as you are aware and we will endeavour to swap the incorrect watch that you received with the correct item as soon as possible.Manufactures warranty?In the unlikely event that you do have to use the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty booklet that came inside the case of the item you purchased. All details including where the faulty item needs to be sent to, can usually be found therein. |
